It would have to be someone really strong. And probably really old too, considering the amount of training that would take.

Does water weaken them? Or are we not talking about normal fire?
[He has abilities that allow him to case flames of darkness, but those aren't really fire-based flames, so the name can be a bit of a misnomer.]
